ErmisLearn organization is formed in 2023 with the goal to provide web infrastructure for several non-for-profit online projects that have been around since 2006. The goal of the organization is to support decentralizing web access to knowledge-based information covering academic, scientific, computing and cultural heritage. This includes free online articles and books, open-source computer programs and tutorials.

ErmisLearn foundation seeks a 501(c)(3) status (non-profit organization).

Source of funds:

• Membership fees
• Fees for hosting open-source content, formatting work of content provider materials, maintenance of software and hardware infrastructure where the content will be hosted
• Donations
